At Everyday Home Deal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy
explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, with tags/seals intact (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged through customer use (not due to a manufacturing or shipping fault)
- Items missing original packaging
- Items marked as final sale/clearance at time of purchase

5. How to Start a Return

Email support@everydayhomedeal.com or use our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1 business day.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll notify you by email of approval or rejection, typically within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours
of delivery
with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or
full refund at no cost to you — you will not be charged return shipping in this case.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once an order has
shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but our standard return policy applies.
