Refund policy

At Everyday Home Deals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have  14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product must be in the original packaging with tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with product images.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
